2017: the World’s Wars

StrategyPage presents this excellent synopsis of the world’s wars. Fair warning: it is a long read.

And a trigger warning: Code Pink and International ANSWER are once again open for hiring. Physical requirements are holding up a pre-printed sign and going limp while being arrested while shouting any of the following phrases:

“It’s Trumphitler’s fault!”

“Bushitler started it!”

“Don’t taze me bro!”

No travel to war zones or actual physical discomfort or personal sacrifice will occur. Unless the pigs have tazers.

last year, when I was visiting our nation’s capital, I walked by the Cato Institute a couple of times–a safe zone for a certain type of conservative–I noticed a meeting of a lot of young men as I passed–I was very tempted to go in and ask how many had a DD-214. It’s not just Code Pink that needs to be treated with kid gloves.

That’s an interesting question. Why don’t you send them an email and ask? The answer, or lack of same, would be instructive. I for one would like to know.

Professor, if you had compared the employees of Cato to those of Brookings or Heritage or Tides, I could see your point. Instead you’ve compared apples to ducks. DNC-controlled Code Pink and it’s Russian-controlled partner International ANSWER exist to be Putin’s 5th Column – and entirely legal thanks to the 1st Amendment.

It’s not even January 20th yet and it is amazing how the Left is gripped by nostalgia for late 1970s and the desire to maintain their status quo through Obama’s brezhnevisms. I can’t wait for a free press that is in opposition to the POTUS and an EPA that re-learns what “Superfund” means.
