Navy Investigation: “Failure at Every Level”

As well it should be. A disgraceful performance.

For a few years now I’ve been saying that I believe the Navy, as a whole, to be unready for what is coming. Unready, unwilling, timid, risk averse, politically correct. It pains me to say it, having many good friends in the sea service who *do* get it, and who strive mightily to maintain discipline and readiness.

They are in the minority.

The nation is going to pay a heavy price for our unwillingness and unreadiness.
