Minuteman Rifle, and the Nation’s Gun Show

USMC0802 and I are slated for the newly revamped one-day Minuteman Rifle Course with the great John R. Murphy of FPF Training. (MDL was also on the slate, but had to wave off at the last minute; he will be missed.) Weather today was vile, weather monday is set for same, but it looks like we’ll be afforded a perfect window for a day at the range. AAR will follow as soon as practicable.

On a related note, the next Nation’s Gun Show will be in two weeks. Now is the time to get the essentials– arms, ammunition, optics, accessories. If you don’t, you’ll wish you had later on when they may very well be much harder to obtain and use.

And then sign up for a Murphy course.

About vmijpp

VMIJPP hails from the star city of the south, Roanoke, Virginia. A 1989 graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, he is a retired artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps, with time in both the active and reserve sides. He served in Iraq in 2004, and in Afghanistan in 2009-2010. He joined the magnificent OPFOR.com as a guest blogger from the now defunct but never uninteresting Rule 308, where he denounced gun control and other aspects of tyranny, and proclaimed the greatness of the United States. When the sun set on OPFOR.com, he migrated here with Keydet1976 and the others.
